Diazo AB Sweden has a working relationship with Roam Chemie of Belgium. Roam Chemie has bought the Huwa-San Technology from Hungerbach Inc. in 2001 (Heinz Hungerbach, a German chemist is the inventor of the formula). Roam Chemie is established with the objective of delivering to the community effective, safe and environment friendly products to eliminate biological risks.

According to facts from research studies by the National Science Foundation Centre for biofilm engineering:

• Microbial biofilm on the surface and in water distribution system cost billions of money annually in equipment damage, product contamination, energy losses and medical infections.
• Conventional methods of killing bacterial (such as antibiotics and disinfectants) are often ineffective with biofilm bacteria, environmentally undesirable or even impractical.
• New strategies are urgently needed by many industries.

In response to the National Science Foundation, Centre for Biofilm engineering that new strategies are urgently needed by many industries to  arrest the menace posed by Biofilm to humanity; a passion for a sustainable development, preserving a healthy environment through pragmatism and modernity rather than adherence to tradition and conventions and above all our readiness to pass a general improved healthy status and a habitable environment to future generation by the water we use and drink. We at Diazo have introduced into the Nigerian market, HUWA-SAN, a new ecological disinfectant in all type of water treatments, environmental applications, animal productions and agriculture e.t.c.

Huwa-San is already in use in many countries and can be replace other conventional disinfectants.

Suffice to say that a people and nation that desire to move forward and not be left in the dark must embrace and accept research and its end product- such as HUWA-SAN.
